With a background in dramaturgy, I’ve built a diverse career spanning dance and media arts. I’ve founded and managed two arts organizations for over twenty years, operating with structural funding through the Flemish Arts Decree. For artistic projects, I write code in Arduino and build interfaces in Max MSP and Ableton, or I connect APIs, or I use Python or Node.js to scrape data from the web.
I have created data visualisations and sonifications for artistic projects.
I help organisations find and implement the right digital tools to work more efficiently (Miro, Slack, Notion, Teams, diagramming…). GPTs can significantly reduce workload by efficiently taking over repetitive tasks.

What are the rates?
I work exclusively on an invoicing basis and apply the following rates:
Hourly rate: €60 per hour
Daily rate: €450 per day
Any travel expenses are charged separately, depending on the distance and mode of transportation.
A 30-minute consultation is completely free and offers the opportunity to discuss your question or project without any obligation.
Do you have specific needs or a long-term collaboration in mind? I would be happy to discuss a tailored arrangement.
How does a collaboration work?
Project funding
After you’ve shared your plans and ideas in an intake meeting, I will propose a tailored trajectory based on your input—leading to a compelling project application that is complete in both content and technical requirements. I will estimate the number of work hours and provide a detailed quote.
Structural funding
Preparing an application for structural support requires a step-by-step trajectory. We approach this policy planning process together, following an agreed timeline and a custom-made roadmap.The trajectory can also cover only part of the full policy planning cycle. In that case, I can, for example, deliver an analysis or advisory report outlining concrete actions to help you achieve your goals.
Commissioned work
For specific assignments—such as in-depth research in preparation for a grant application, an annual report, or a technical solution for a creative project—I provide a detailed quote. It includes what’s needed for research and implementation, a clear timeline, a cost estimate, and expected outcomes. The goal is a high-quality and sustainable result aligned with your needs.
Which services do I not offer?
I do not offer services for the sale of performances, exhibitions, or other artistic projects. For such tasks, I recommend contacting a specialized agent or a sales agency with experience in representing and promoting artistic work.
My focus is on business support, consultancy, and project solutions that help develop your organization or artistic practice further.
