Grant and Report Writing
For artists, I write grant applications and create budgets, including salary calculations. This includes innovative partner project grants, as well as typical development or project grants and subsidies. I also handle the accountability dossiers submitted afterward.
For organizations, I co-write policy plans or funding proposals. Additionally, I ensure clear reporting and accurate annual accounts.
For European collaboration dossiers, I research which partners can add value based on a clear and defined idea, draft a detailed retro-planning, or develop the Work Packages and appropriate budget.
Management
On a freelance basis, I handle administrative processes such as invoicing and accounting, compliance with non-profit legislation, manage board processes, or address reporting requirements.
You can also contact me for comprehensive HR processes, including recruitment of staff and consultants, payroll administration, contracts, and audits. I advocate for future-oriented organisational development with an eye for efficiency and agility.
For 15 years, I have been committed to platform development and scaling with international partners. This involved significant attention to research residencies, production, audience expansion, and cross-disciplinary collaborations, including art-science.
Advies
You can always book a session to—briefly or extensively—explore strategies to strengthen funding or identify relevant partners for your project. After an introductory meeting, I offer tailored support, such as targeted research, advisory discussions, or brainstorming sessions.
For a socio-cultural organization, I designed an Innovation Lab focusing on new partners and transition themes like Environment, Well-being, and Technology. To promote outreach for an arts organization, I developed a digital strategy with a focus on social media and online presence.
Software
For artistic projects, I write code in Arduino and build interfaces in Max MSP and Ableton, or I connect APIs, or I use Python or Node.js to scrape data from the web.
I have created data visualisations and sonifications for artistic projects.
I help organisations find and implement the right digital tools to work more efficiently (Miro, Slack, Notion, Teams, diagramming…). GPTs can significantly reduce workload by efficiently taking over repetitive tasks.
Data analysis in Python and Excel is available for specific datasets upon consultation.

What are the rates?
I work exclusively on an invoicing basis and apply the following rates:
Hourly rate: €60 per hour
Daily rate: €450 per day
Any travel expenses are charged separately, depending on the distance and mode of transportation.
A 30-minute consultation is completely free and offers the opportunity to discuss your question or project without any obligation.

How does a collaboration work?

Interim Management
If you’re looking for an interim manager to temporarily oversee business operations, we’ll discuss the responsibilities, time allocation, and specific challenges within your organization. The goal is to ensure continuity while achieving improvements wherever possible.
Consultancy
During consultancy, we’ll address your specific question or challenge together. This might involve optimizing internal processes, developing strategies for future resilience, or identifying funding sources. Assignment
For a specific assignment, such as in-depth research to prepare a grant application or a technical solution for a creative project, I provide a detailed proposal. This outlines the requirements for research and implementation, including a clear timeline, cost estimate, and expected results. Which services do I not offer?
I do not offer services for the sale of performances, exhibitions, or other artistic projects. For such tasks, I recommend contacting a specialized agent or a sales agency with experience in representing and promoting artistic work.
My focus is on business support, consultancy, and project solutions that help develop your organization or artistic practice further.
